Terms of Service
By using the HomeFix Toronto application ("the App") you agree to these terms. The App is operated by HomeFix Toronto ("we", "us").
Your account
- You must sign in with a valid Google account and be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your organisation and projects.
- An organisation administrator can grant, change or remove other members' access.
Acceptable use
- Use the App only for legitimate project-management purposes.
- Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the service.
- Only share project links with people you intend to give access.
Your content
You keep ownership of the data and files you put into the App. You grant us permission to store and process that content solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability
The App is provided "as is". We aim to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and cost or material estimates it produces are guidance only — verify quantities and prices before purchasing.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your reliance on estimates, schedules or reports generated by the App.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always at this URL with the date above.
